The person who trained is the person credentialed.

LearnerVerified™Our identity verification and proctoring platform.

We bind identity to a government-issued document and a live capture at the front of the program, and then confirm it again as the program runs. Checked once at sign-up and trusted forever is not identity verification, it is a form field.

Types of verification

Four levels, matched to what is at stake.

Lower stakesHigher stakes

  1. Auto identity

The learner photographs their face and their government-issued document, and completes a short typing test that establishes a biometric signature. No agent involved.

  2. Live identity

A live agent greets the learner, checks the photo ID against the person on camera, and confirms the biometric before the session starts.

  3. Attendance

The session is monitored and recorded throughout, with software and an agent flagging absence, substitution or a second person on screen.

  4. Proctoring

Full remote invigilation for high-stakes exams: video, audio, screen recording and a locked-down browser.

How re-checking works

The way they type becomes the key.

At enrolment the learner completes a short typing test. Keystroke pattern recognition turns that into a biometric signature unique to them.

Every time they return, they type a new phrase and it is matched against the signature on file. That is what makes re-confirmation practical rather than theoretical: it needs no agent, no appointment and no extra hardware, so it can happen as often as the standard requires.

Evidence package

A record that survives the question.

Every session produces an evidence package, which is the identity result, the session metadata, the event log, the recordings and a report a person can actually read. We retain it for the full regulatory period, and you can export it the day a regulator asks.

What this means for government and regulators
Evidence package
  • Identity result
  • Session metadata
  • Event log
  • Recordings
  • Readable report
Where it runs

On our platforms, or on yours.

LearnerVerified works with any SCORM-compliant LMS, or with standalone courses. The learner never leaves the course window, and on successful verification the certificate carries the check with it.

Full capability list

What LearnerVerified does, in detail.

For anyone building a requirements list. Requires a webcam and a reliable connection; runs in current versions of the major browsers on Windows, macOS and Android.

Identity

Photo capture
Four-point facial verification of face, eyes and mouth, captured and stored against the record.
Government ID check
A valid photo document held up and matched to the live capture.
Biometric signature
Keystroke pattern recognition, used as the key for every return visit.
Live agent option
An agent greets and verifies in person where the stakes warrant it.

Session integrity

Attendance monitoring
Snapshots through the session, flagged against parameters you set.
Substitution flags
Absence, a second person on screen or a swap raised for review.
Locked-down browser
Desktop secured for the duration of a proctored exam.
Proctor review
Flagged sessions reviewed by a person. Nobody is passed or failed by an algorithm alone.

Evidence and fit

Evidence package
Identity result, session metadata, event log, recordings and a readable report.
Retention
Held for the full regulatory period and exportable the day a regulator asks.
Any SCORM LMS
Runs on RapidLMS, ReadyEngine or your own platform.
In the course window
The learner never leaves the course to be verified.

If you were asked tomorrow, what would your evidence trail show?
