The exam should not be the first time you find out.

ReadyEngine™Our adaptive learning and readiness platform.

Most exam preparation tracks effort rather than readiness. A progress bar will tell you a candidate has finished the material, which is a different question from whether they can pass. ReadyEngine™ tells you how ready you are to write your exam.

See it working

Completion tells you they finished. Not that they can pass.

Every platform can tell you how much content a candidate has worked through. ReadyEngine answers the question that actually decides whether they sit the exam, and gives your team the same answer at the same time.

ReadyRating™

ReadyRating™ is a level, not a percentage complete.

Ask any platform what a candidate has completed and you will get an answer. Ask whether that candidate is ready and most systems have nothing to give you, because they were built to record attendance and completion and that is what they record.

It is a composite built from performance over time, not a progress bar, so a single strong session cannot inflate it. The level moves both ways: it rises with demonstrated mastery and falls when knowledge fades or recalibration surfaces a gap, because a number that only ever goes up is not a measurement of anything.

The candidate view

Everything a candidate needs, in one view.

Today’s plan, where they are in the study stages, what they have mastered and what is still weak, and a readiness level that tells them whether to book.

ReadyEngine™
  1. Establishes where a candidate is starting from and builds the first study plan around it.

  2. An evidence-based level, weighted to the exam syllabus, shown before a candidate books.

  3. Every tested concept, at its current level, with a route straight into the lesson.

  4. A 24/7 study assistant for clarifying a concept or deciding what to do next.

Concept mastery

Readiness you can point at, concept by concept.

Every concept the exam tests, shown at its current level. This is what turns a readiness level from an assertion into something a candidate, an instructor or a sponsoring firm can interrogate.

A weak square is a route into the lesson that fixes it, not a mark against the candidate.

Study stages

The plan changes as the candidate does.

Daily recommendations are not fixed. What a candidate is given depends on the stage they are in, and the stage depends on what they have actually demonstrated.

  1. 01

    Baseline

Establishes where a candidate is starting from and builds the first plan around it.

  2. 02

    Study

Weighted toward lessons, working through the core content of the blueprint.

  3. 03

    Focus

Adaptive quizzing narrows onto the concepts that are still weak.

  4. 04

    Final review

Full-length timed simulations, building stamina for the real exam.

Where it fits.

What it measures

ReadyEngine measures the knowledge portion of a credential against the exam blueprint. Road tests, practical assessments and supervised hours sit alongside it and are unaffected by it.

Where it runs

Today, inside programs we manage. Running it on a credential you build and operate yourself is on the roadmap. Ask us where that stands.

What the candidate gets

Personalized study plan
Built around a target exam date, recalculated every session against performance and time remaining.
Focused lessons
Short instruction mapped to the blueprint, not to a chapter order.
Adaptive quizzing
Returns to weak concepts until performance improves, and brings back older material so it sticks.
Flashcards and practice exams
Bite-sized review between sessions, and full-length timed simulations before the real thing.
Riley, a 24/7 study assistant
On-demand help with a concept, a practice question or what to do next.
